I purchased this lovely Petals colorway for my 37th birthday because we all deserve a lovely treat on our birthdays. As a May baby, the flowers are just starting to come to bloom here in Edmonton, so Petals turned into my own little secret garden. ♥
Worked in the round, Secret Garden contains written directions and a chart for the pattern stitch. Instructions are for both cuff-down and toe-up. If you feel inclined to make 2 in the same direction, that’s completely acceptable, or one of each if you’re feeling particularly topsy-turvy! Secret Garden features 4 sizes. You’ll also find a sock worksheet, so you know how to measure your foot to achieve a perfect fit. Secret Garden has directions for an afterthought heel, but you may substitute whatever heel you enjoy using.
The pattern is written for the magic loop method for knitting socks; however, the pattern notes do contain details should you wish to use double-pointed needles instead.
